You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to reach and engage customers, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Tesla’s products and solutions, including electric cars, energy storage systems, and solar energy products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, segments, and customers, and develop tailored marketing messages and materials to effectively reach and engage them.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, vendors, and partners, to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and insights for improving sales and marketing performance and effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales metrics, lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment, and provide regular updates to management.
- Provide support to the sales team, including lead qualification, customer inquiries, and sales enablement, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
