We are looking for highly motivated people who are good at working with customers in potentially high-stress environments and are able to accurately and quickly resolve urgent situations.
The Roadside team is ready to provide a great experience even in unexpected situations. We focus on building and developing relationships with mountain assistance professionals and internal departments to achieve a high level of service for our owners. Experienced individuals may have experience in emergency dispatch, roadside assistance and/or high level customer service type experience. Candidates must thrive in a high-energy team environment managing multiple events simultaneously.

Responsibilities Provide the highest level of verbal and written customer support. Coordinate emergency and non-emergency towing services as needed Assess customer needs and work in a creative and proactive manner to resolve issues on the road with customer vehicles.
Determine the best course of action for road accidents. Owners will communicate network issues to the towing provider, service center personnel, etc. as necessary to resolve the issues. Accurate recording of issues and data in CRM / vehicle support systems. Requirements At least 1 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or GED Evidence of exceptional ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Road dispatch or emergency response experience preferred.
