Description
The Colleague Experience Group (HR) Administrator will join Team Amex as a key member of the International Colleague Strategic Partner (Int’l CSP) team. This role is focused on executing initiatives and activities in the Market Colleague Plan, fostering a consistent colleague experience that supports the business. The successful candidate will report to the Manager, International Colleague Strategic Partner for the Philippines and will collaborate closely with CEG team members both locally and globally.

Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of HR experience
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or Business Management is preferred
- Proven ability to organize resources effectively
Education Requirements
A graduate of Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Education Requirements Credential Category
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience Requirements
6 months to 3 years of relevant HR experience.
