Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Opening interview slots via Calendly for multiple departments to facilitate smooth interview scheduling.
2. Keeping the Notion pages updated with relevant HR information and records.
3. Responding to comments and engaging with candidates on LinkedIn professionally.
4. Monitoring and managing the HR email inbox, ensuring timely responses and escalation when necessary.
5. Maintaining and updating HR documents, such as Interview records, daily logs, and other documentation work.
6. Scheduling weekly meetings and general meetings for the HR, HRA department, and booking client interviews, ensuring coordination with the team.
7. Opening new Internship application windows for different departments on Internshala.
8. This role may be subject to additional responsibilities based on Business requirements.
The tools you will be using to work are:
Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Notion, Calendly, Internshala and LinkedIn.
